I am truly passionate about advocating for women’s health and wellbeing and that's why I created this beautiful community to support women through every stage of life. ​Like many of you, I wear many hats every single day—juggling family life, a career, and the pursuit of personal goals. It’s not always easy, and there have been times when I’ve felt incredibly overwhelmed, and isolated. Through these challenging times I’ve learned the importance of having a strong support system and a community that truly understands what it means to be a woman juggling EVERYTHING.

Where it all began...

Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to make a big difference in the world. I was a small child with BIG dreams and I could not wait to grow up and be an adult! Fast forward a few decades and as a fully grown woman (which is still honestly a shock to me), I realised that life goes way too quickly and adulting is so incredibly tough...As women we often spend so much time going through the motions, caring for everyone else and simply surviving that we leave little room for ourselves to breathe, let alone thrive! Working in the health, fitness and public health sector for all of my adult life, I've witnessed first hand the impact that community and social support has on women's health. As a society, we are so caught up in treating illness that we forget how important connection and self care is. As women, our needs are often put on the back burner as the weight and expectations of everyday life consistently weigh down on us. I wanted to create a space where women can come together, build friendships, share struggles and victories, and receive the support they need to thrive in every area of life. I wanted to create a community of women that not only supports and gives back to each other but also a community that gives back to other women in need...and just like that, Her inHer Circle was born.

Our Mission

Our Mission at Her inHer Circle is to empower women by creating a supportive and inclusive community that fosters personal growth, professional development, and meaningful connections. We are dedicated to providing resources, inspiration, and opportunities that help women thrive. Through our community, we aim to inspire positive change, uplift each other and support causes that uplift women globally. I’m so excited to have you here, and I hope you’ll find as much strength and inspiration in this community as I do. Together, we are stronger and I’m so grateful to be on this journey with you.​​

Let’s set the record straight.

You’ve probably heard (or said) things like:
“My hormones are a mess.”
“I feel like I’m constantly battling my body.”

But here’s the truth:
👉 Hormones aren’t the problem…imbalance is.

Your hormones are powerful messengers. They help regulate your energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, cycle, and more. They’re not working against you…they’re working for you, even when things feel off.

So instead of fighting your body, what if you slowed down and asked:
✨ What’s my body trying to tell me right now?
✨ Am I supporting my body with rest, movement, nourishment, and care, or pushing through on autopilot?

Are you a warm, compassionate Pilates professional who loves helping women feel strong, connected, and empowered through mindful movement? Join our purpose-driven community that supports women’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

We offer small, interactive virtual group classes (max 30 participants, but often a much smaller, intimate group!)—giving you the chance to truly connect with members and make a lasting impact. 💛

Position Details:
📅 must be available to do a min of 3-4 sessions per week
🕒 Flexible days and times – we’ll collaborate to find a schedule that suits both you and our members
💰 $40 per 30-minute class + commission opportunities
🌍 100% remote – work from home anywhere in Australia! (Our HQ is on the NSW Central Coast, but our community is nationwide)

You are:
✅ Certified and experienced in teaching Pilates
✅ Warm, approachable, and genuinely care about others’ wellbeing
