I’m aware coaching is an investment and if you’re someone who can’t afford any of these things or is struggling financially this post isn’t meant for you 🙏

It’s for those who are wasting time - trying to fill the voids in our life with distractions 🫣 Skimping on your health and fitness - while splurging on other areas that shouldn’t be priorities 😩

This is NOT me saying you shouldn’t go for cocktails or get your hair done - I do all of these things too. But I’m not the one hiding from photographs or picking myself apart in the mirror 😭

The foundation to your health is becoming strong, confident and healthy - not just for summer - but forever.

You need to start prioritising strength training and nutrition 🫡 D is the perfect example. She was running for 3 years before starting with me - little to no pbs and was fighting off injuries every 6 months. In the last 6 months she has PB’D every race she has ran 💪 And these are not beginner gains.

Another problem I see amongst runners is they’re overeating on carbs and calories (because running makes you hungrier right?) and underconsuming on fats and protein 🫣

Leave the guesswork to me & stop trying yourself.

* 2 Weetabix
* 60ml Milk
* 100g Greek yogurt
* 1 scoop protein powder
* Toppings of your choice

Crush 2 weetabix and add 60ml milk. Make sure weetabix is soaked and in another bowl add scoop protein powder to 100g Greek yogurt. Top the Greek yogurt mixture on weetabix and top with your favourite toppings.
