Webinar series recap: s*x, desired + endometriosis

It’s been a busy few weeks online with our recent webinar series in collaboration with +

First up, in this two part take on s*x, *xology brought engaged listeners (not recording here!) through sole intimate conversations on how to better understand your desires and have better s*x. Round two focused more on performance anxiety, how it impacts s*x, and how to get out of the loop of fear.

We had some amazing feedback from this two-part sitting with one guest saying, “it’s already changed the relationship with my partner”.

Next, it was navigating the world of endometriosis moderated by entrepreneur , founder of , an app that specifically helps those suffering with the condition.

She was joined by nutritionists Kylie Bucich from , who walked listeners through the impacts of a good wholefood diet and how some simple lifestyle changes can really impact your condition.

Our cofounder, then spoke about the impacts of saunas and heat on endometriosis, and whilst they aren’t the “cure”, saunas can be a powerful complimentary tool in one’s toolkit. He also spoke on the good - and bad - of cold therapy for women and how there’s no “one size fits all” approach to how you ice bath.
