Thanks to Health Mates Fitness Centre for having us earlier this week!

Josh, Hassan and Dylan were stoked to catch up with the Strong & Stable participants after their class, in recognition of Arthritis Awareness Month.

The boys shared some stretches, diagnostic tips and information for members to take home and help them strengthen their toolkit when it comes to dealing with the everyday discomfort of knee and hip osteoarthritis.

Meet Josh - the guy who believes big changes start with small steps! 💪

For him, the best part of being a physio and running the clinic is feeling like part of the community - getting to know families, hearing their stories, and making a real difference.

When he’s not helping patients, Josh is an avid home cook, always swapping recipes with his patients. His specialty? A pretty mean curry. 🍛
