Group tai-chi/taiji classes held weekly in Centennial Park (every Saturday Morning at 8.30am), Coogee and Rushcutters Bay (every Monday morning at 7.00am). Taiji classes and training includes the Yang Style short form, long form, exercises and push hands as well as weapons training by request. Chi-kung/qigong classes in the eastern suburbs of Sydney are combined with tai-chi classes or can be conducted in private or for individuals or groups requesting four single sessions (as a minimum) or multiple session. internal white crane, karate-jutsu, kobujutsu, taiji, wing chun, drinking, feeding, breathing crane and their relavent techniques. The white crane system forms part of the taiji syllabus and is introduced after a few years of training. Larry Friedberg aka Swami jivanamir has 40 years continuous study in the internal martial arts and has trained under the late Grandmaster Motokatsu Inoue, Kyoshi Patrick McCarthy, Kyoshi Edward Jardine and with the late Master Veeresh at the Humaniversity in Egmond aan Zee. Combining the various internal martial arts into their practical and everyday applications, classes convert various flight, fright or fear responses into pre-determined fixed action patterns. Breathing, qigong training, sensing hands and various weapons forms are included from time to time, including short and long stick, fan and sword forms. The white crane "quick fist" and other crane forms, qigong, short and long taiji Yang form are included in the syllabus.
