Today a few beautiful friends and I got together for something a little different…

Cheese board 🧀
A little wine 🍷
Magazines, scissors, glue ✂️
And BIG dreams for 2026 ✨

We created vision boards and honestly, it was such a powerful experience.

There’s something magical about sitting around a table, talking about what you want your life to look and feel like… and then actually putting it on paper. Not just goals but intentions. Energy. The kind of woman you want to become.

It wasn’t about perfection.
It wasn’t about having it all figured out.
It was about giving ourselves permission to dream out loud.

If you haven’t done a vision board before, I highly recommend it. Make an afternoon of it. Invite your girlfriends. Add cheese. Add wine. Add laughter. And watch what happens when you start speaking your dreams into existence 💫

2026… I’m ready for you.

Like… open-the-app, scroll-the-menu, justify-it kind of wanted it.

But I didn’t want to spend the $$ 💸
And I didn’t want the extra calories either 🙃

So instead… I whipped up crispy sticky sesame chicken at home 😋🔥

Same vibe.
Same flavour hit.
Half the cost.
Way better macros.

Proof that sometimes the win isn’t saying “no” —
it’s finding a smarter “yes.”

Future me is grateful.
My bank account is grateful.
And honestly… it slapped. 👏🏼

Weekly Check-In & Weigh-In 💭⚖️

Okay team… slight fail on timing 🙈
I totally forgot to post this first thing this morning.

But here’s the thing progress doesn’t require perfection. It requires consistency. And I’m still here. 💗

This week was about:
✨ Showing up even when I didn’t feel like it
✨ Moving my body (even if it wasn’t perfect)
✨ Making better food choices more often
✨ Protecting my mindset

Living alone can sometimes mean no one sees the effort behind the scenes… which is exactly why I’m doing this publicly. Accountability. Ownership. Growth.

The scale is just data.
It doesn’t define me but it helps me stay honest.

Wins this week:
💪🏼 moved everyday and set up home gym
🥗 made all my own meal
🧠 put my mental health first and left a toxic workplace

What I’m focusing on this week:
✔️ Water (ensure I having 2.5 litres min)
✔️ Protein (start day with more)
✔️ Steps (5km movement a day)
✔️ Sleep (bed b4 9pm)

Fit & Fabulous B4 50 isn’t about shrinking myself.

It’s about becoming the strongest, happiest, most confident version of me before I hit 50.

But while I figure that out — we move.

It’s not F45.
It’s not fancy.
It’s me, a $29 Kmart stepper and YouTube in my lounge room.

First session? Absolute chaos.

Dogs everywhere.
One under the step.
One licking my leg.
Both already exhausted from a big park run… yet still in the way.

15 minutes in and I am DEAD.

But here’s the thing —
it’s not about perfect.
It’s about moving.

While I work out my gym structure,
I’m not waiting.

I’m building the habit now.

Because at this stage of life, consistency > intensity.

CEO of my own energy.
Even if that energy lasted 15 minutes today 😅
