some are lighter,
more refined,
and almost scent-free

others are left closer to their natural state

deeper in colour,
more aromatic,
and a little more raw in feel

neither is wrong,
just different approaches

this is the one I chose to work with

not because it’s perfect,

Silver really is such an all-rounder 🌿

There’s usually a bottle of silver somewhere nearby in my home 🌿

One in the bathroom.
One in the kitchen.
Usually one in my bag too… and one in the car door.

Not from fear.
Just because it’s become one of those simple things I genuinely like having on hand.

For cuts.
For burns.
As a refreshing skin mist, cleanser and toner.
For throat sprays.
For travel.
And as part of my natural wellness and immune support routine 🩵

Personally, I also choose to take a teaspoon or 2 up to 3 times a day during times of seasonal illness or when I feel an infection (bacterial or viral) may be setting in.

Over time, it’s simply become part of my rhythm.

Simple things.
Done consistently.

I’d usually just pick up whatever was there
sometimes whatever happened to be on sale

but over time, I started noticing small differences

not in what it claimed to do
but in how it actually felt

nothing dramatic
just… more consistent

that’s when I started looking a little closer 🌿

Funny how after the plandemic everyone suddenly cared about health…

ingredients mattered
immune systems mattered
sunlight mattered
nervous systems mattered

People started waking up.

Then life got busy again…
and a lot of people forgot.

Now here we are again.
New viruses suddenly back in the headlines.
More sickness moving around.
More people exhausted, rundown, disconnected from their bodies.

And honestly?

There’s never been a better time to get healthy 🌿

Not from fear.
From awareness.

The world is changing.
And I think people are starting to realise health is going to matter more and more moving forward.

For me, that looks like:
good/real food
water
sunshine
supporting the nervous system
less toxins
and always keeping silver on hand 🩵

Simple things.
Done consistently.
