🌞 WTC Spring Adventures 🌱

With the warmer weather and beautiful greenery around Wollondilly, our participants have been making the most of every sunny day!

Every Monday, we head out on exciting group adventures, from exploring waterfalls to visiting scenic local spots, giving our participants the chance to build friendships, try new things, and boost their confidence.

On Thursdays, we keep it local with our Walking Group, a perfect way to improve health, wellbeing, and social connections while enjoying some fresh air and movement.

Group activities are a fantastic way to:
Build confidence and independence
Improve physical and mental wellbeing
Reduce feelings of isolation
Connect with others in a supportive environment

We love seeing our participants thrive while making memories and sharing laughs together! 💙🧡

Looking for more than just a cleaner? At Wollondilly Total Care, our experienced cleaning support workers bring a whole lot more than just a mop and vacuum.
We understand that your home is your space, a place to feel safe, comfortable, and respected. That’s why we listen to your preferences, adapt to your routine, and provide support that works for you. Whether we bring our own equipment or use yours if you prefer, our goal is simple: to leave your space sparkling and your day a little lighter.
What sets us apart? Our cleaners are also trained support workers, meaning they not only care about getting the job done right, but they understand the why behind it. They know the value of a clean, organised environment and the difference it makes in day-to-day life. From dodgem chaos to carousel giggles, our Chillfest Campbelltown crew brought the FUN this week!

We’re not just about care, we’re about creating memories, sharing belly laughs, and proving you’re never too old for a donut-fueled rollercoaster ride!

At Wollondilly Total Care, we run exciting, inclusive community outings every week. Whether it’s a wild ride at a local festival or a peaceful picnic by the water, we love seeing the joy on our participants’ faces and being part of the memories they make 💙🧡

At Wollondilly Total Care, we believe nothing should limit our participants from getting out and about, not even a trip into the city!

This week, Dave had an appointment in Sydney and made the journey using his mobility scooter. Despite the busy city streets, Dave found the trip easy to navigate and accessible. With a little planning and support, he felt confident, had fun, and enjoyed exploring, proving that independence is always possible with the right supports in place!

We're proud to walk (or scoot!) alongside our participants every step of the way. Whether it’s attending appointments, building confidence in public spaces, or just enjoying a great day out, we’re here to make it happen.

Wollondilly Total Care is proud to support the “Shout a Mate a Meal” initiative! 🧡💙

We’re excited to be part of this important movement, launched by IC Care

We’ve set up flyers at our Tahmoor office so community members can get involved too. By simply scanning a QR code, you can shout someone a meal but even more importantly, you’re contributing to a welfare check for someone in our community who may be isolated or missing out on support.

This isn’t just about food, it’s about connection, dignity, and showing our community that we care.💙
