my true belief is the best thing we can do is nourish ourselves and enjoy the flow on effects of that = great skin, a regulated nervous system, less stress, good gut health, the body is a machine right? when we treat it well, everything begins to work in harmony and that skin, that hair, the strong body, whatever it is you're desiring becomes your reality.
over the april break I took a moment away from my clinic, my schedule, my responsibilities and I learnt to nourish my body with ayurvedic techniques, yoga, sound healing (comment below for any information on the retreat, or practitioners) and ground myself in this incredible space.. I’ve come home centred and excited to help your skin or gut health journey or just help you also take a moment for yourself to unwind and recenter
