I help high-functioning adults who look fine on the outside but feel tense, wired, guilty, angry, shut down, or exhausted underneath. If you’ve done the therapy, read the books, tried the tools - and you still can’t shift the same patterns, you’re my people. This isn’t mindset coaching or talk-only support. It’s nervous system + subconscious change work designed to create change that actually holds in real life. My work blends counselling, regression-based subconscious work, forward-focused hypnosis, and integration. I also use intuitive/energy work when it supports the shift (grounded, targeted, practical).
