Today, our beautiful ladies celebrated Mother's day in true high tea style, from elegant tea cups and saucers to cakes, slices and sandwiches stacked as high as the eye can see. It certainly was a day to celebrate and show our appreciation not only the mothers within our home, but the grandmothers, daughters, aunts, granddaughters and our loved ones that help make each day brighter.

Thank you to all who joined us to make this day truly special. ♥️🎀🫖💐

Residents spent their mornings sitting and enjoying the smell of fresh bread being cooked for afternoon tea.

THIS WEEK AT TCAC 🩷

We have another exciting and activity-filled week ahead across all areas! 🎉 From delicious baking sessions 🍞 and creative craft activities 🎨 to energising exercise groups 💪 and fun games 🎲, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Our walking groups 🚶‍♀️ and gardening sessions 🌱 will help us soak up the fresh air, while sing-alongs 🎤, bingo, Uno and movie afternoons 🎬 bring plenty of laughter and connection. We’re also looking forward to bus outings 🚌, mystery drives, lawn bowls, and happy hour in the Piano Lounge 🍹.

Residents can enjoy relaxing hand pampering 💅, knitting and crochet groups 🧶, reading sessions 📖, and friendly competitions like football tipping and putt putt golf ⛳. The week wraps up with worship services ⛪, family time ❤️ and the exciting start of the NRL season 🏉 on Sunday night!

It’s wonderful to see so many opportunities for social connection, creativity, movement and joy throughout the week. We look forward to sharing these moments together! 💛

❤🌹Love is in the air at TCAC 🌹❤

Today our Resident's and their loved ones celebrated Valentines day, from red roses, to chocolates.

Our space was beautifully decorated, The facility was filled with warm, joyful celebrations with plenty of smiles, laughter and plenty of sweet moments

💛🐝This week at TCAC 🐝💛

We have another lovely week planned across our community, with a full program of activities to suit all interests and energy levels 🌸 From baking 🍞, gardening 🌼 and gentle exercise 🪑 to games 🎲, crafts 🎨, music 🎶 and social groups, there are plenty of opportunities to stay active, connected, and enjoy time together throughout the week.

A special highlight this Monday is a farewell morning tea ☕🍰 for our much-loved Wellbeing Coordinator, Jodie 💛. We invite residents, family and friends to join us as we come together to celebrate Jodie 🎉, share memories, and thank her for the care, kindness, and dedication she has shown our community 🤍. Morning tea will be held on Monday 9th February.

We look forward to another meaningful and enjoyable week with everyone 🌈

We have a full and varied week ahead, packed with fun, creativity, gentle movement, and social time 🤸‍♀️🎨🎶 From baking and games to exercise, crafts, music, and relaxation, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We encourage all residents to join in as much or as little as they like, reconnect with familiar favourites, and maybe even try something new 🌟

A lovely Day out at Oxley Scenic Lookout 🌞🚌

Some of our wonderful residents enjoyed a scenic bus trip filled with sunshine, great company, and stunning views. It was a warm day, but we found the perfect shady spot to relax and enjoy afternoon tea - complete with a fun "Hat Fruit Bowl" 🍎🍌

Smiles all around and memories made. What a beautiful way to spend the afternoon. 💛💛💛
