Last week the wonderful Faith joined our Narrabri crew for their weekly international cooking program, where she taught us how to cook a delicious Zimbabwean beef stew with sadza. 🥘

Today is the anniversary of the National Apology to the Stolen Generations.

The Apology acknowledged the deep harm caused by the government-sanctioned removal of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children from their families. Today stands not only as a reflection on a devastating past but as an opportunity to be a part of building a more inclusive and understanding nation.

There were plenty of smiles to be found last week at InterACT! 😄

InterACT is an annual community event held at St Joseph's Catholic College, Aberdeen, that brings together people with disabilities and local service providers over three days for a range of activities.

There was plenty to do, including arts and crafts, music and dancing, and even meeting some farmyard friends! 🐄
