As a 3/5 Manifestor, I’ve burned down versions of myself more times than I can count. Each one taught me something.

Some things I learnt to let go of on my journey from mindset to true embodiment:

🔎 Perfectionism - if you're a recovering perfectionist like me, I see you. This can feel tricky and likes to resurface from time to time

🤯 Over thinking - I learnt that in human design I have 2 open head chakras, making me even more prone to being in the mind and - thats the thing about mindset, we get stuck there and it disconnects us from our body

🚪 Avoiding the uncomfortable - being brave enough to look where it's uncomfortable, this is often where the growth lies - an invitation, a door

🪞 Self-criticism- this is where wounds were uncovered from my youth. It feels invigorating not to carry those things with me anymore

Of course, healing is not a linear path, nor is it ever finished. We are here to evolve and live a sacred, cyclical, ever-evolving life.

Thats why I have created a beautiful soul nourishing supportive container where you get to rediscover yourself, no matter the version you are now and fully embody both who you are and how to flow through life connected to your whole vessel.
