Something new for the canine calendar this week. 100m sprint dog events have become popular recently and Bowen therapy may help make it even better. I'm heading to Noarlunga obedience club this morning for today's event and offer my Bowen therapy healing services for relief to any person or pooch with aches and pains. A great opportunity to try this amazing therapy before prices increase in July.

Everybody's jumping this weekend at the State Agility Championships, being hosted at the Munno Para obedience club grounds in Smithfield.
I'll be heading over on Sunday to be part of the action and available for treatments. It's amazing the difference even a single short session can make.
While I'm there why not treat yourself and your pups to a session to keep your bodies moving and feeling better for the whole three days and beyond. πββοΈπΆβ¨ππ

Welcome to Elemental Bowen
β the gentle, effective muscle & soft
tissue therapy for every body.
What is Bowen therapy?
In brief, Bowen therapy is a system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that combines a series of small, gentle moves with rest periods to stimulate the body to realign and heal itself from injury, illness or simply the accumulated effects of living. Treatment is best performed on bare skin, however, working through light, loose-fitting clothing is still effective.
What can Bowen treat?
The range of conditions that can be treated is extremely broad: from first aid treatment of a single injury, to respiratory relief of asthma, colds and flu and hay fever, to relaxation of muscular and emotional tension throughout the whole body, bringing it back into balance.
The duration and length of relief is cumulative, however, immediate improvement is often experienced for many conditions, including cough & cold symptoms, shoulder problems and neck and back pain.
How long does a session last?
A typical session lasts 30-45 minutes. A first visit will be a little longer as background information is gathered.
Why not come and give Bowen therapy a try?
Treatments are available by appointment from the Barossa Business Hub premises at 26 Greenock Road, Nuriootpa.
