She messaged tonight saying she doesn't even know if she can pick up her whistle tomorrow 🤭😂

That feeling of “okay… I actually did something properly again”
mixed with “wow I can feel EVERYTHING”

New program this week.
Her body isn't starting from scratch it's remembering.
Activating and raising up to the standard.

This is what happens when you come back to a plan that’s structured properly.
Not random workouts.
Not guessing your way through.
Just a simple, effective plan that meets you where you’re at and builds you up quickly.

We are basically at the end of April.

👉That’s almost 5 months of the year gone.

You should be feeling different in your body by now.

Stronger.
Tighter.
More confident walking into a room.

And if you’re not…
👉 this is the part no one says but I will:
❌️You don’t have a motivation problem
❌️You have a no structure problem

That’s why:
👉your body still feels soft instead of tight
👉 your clothes aren’t sitting how you want
👉you walk into a room still second guessing yourself

You’re doing things yes…
but nothing is actually building from that.

And I know this because this used to be me for years.

Showing up.
Trying hard.
Getting nowhere.

It’s frustrating because it feels like it should be working.

Here's what has got to happen:
👉 It’s not about doing more and adding more to your plate
👉 It’s about doing the right things consistently in a structure that actually progresses you

This is what actually makes the difference:
✅️ training with intention (not just “getting sweaty”)
✅️ repeating movements enough to get better at them
✅️ fuelling your body so it can actually change

You’re exercising... but your body still feels soft and it's not toning up

👉 Not unfit
👉 You're not doing nothing
You're not changing in the way you expected

You’ve probably tried a few things already..
❌️Shakes
❌️Challenges
❌️“Quick fixes” that promise to tone you up fast

And for a week or two… it feels like it’s working

And then you’re right back where you started

Here’s the part that finally clicks for most people…

❌️Your body doesn’t change from random effort or quick fixes
✅️It changes when there’s something consistent
actually building underneath it

You don’t need to start over again... You need something that still works when life gets bus

Because right now?
You start the week strong
Tell yourself “this is my week”
But by Wednesday you’re flat, behind, and trying to catch up again.

So you push harder
Do a random workout
Try to “be better”
And end up right back where you started.

At some point you’ve got to be honest with yourself
This isn’t working and it's not because you’re it's because what you’re doing has no structure behind it

And the ones who are actually getting results?
They’re not more motivated than you.. They’ve just stopped guessing and started backing a way that works

And deep down…

You don’t feel like yourself right now… and you know it

👉You’re training
👉You’re “trying to be good”

But…

You’re still snacky in the arvo and at night
Your body feels soft, puffy, heavy
Your energy drops to nothing in the afternoon
Your clothes don’t sit how you want
And you avoid really looking at yourself properly

It’s really frustrating being in the in between…

where you’re putting in effort
but not getting the return

And here’s the part no one says…

It’s not because you need to go harder
or do another sweaty, smash-yourself workout

It’s because what you’re doing right now?
Isn’t actually building momentum

👉It just feels like it is❌️

So you stay stuck in this loop
Train hard 👉 feel wrecked 👉 feel proud
…then wake up the next day with it looking the exact same

And deep down, that’s not what you want
You want to feel like yourself again
Confident walking past the mirror
Comfortable in your clothes
Attractive around your partner without overthinking it

That version of you doesn’t just “try harder”
You train differently
You move with intention
You back yourself enough to step into something that actually works

For me?
That’s looked like showing up through
broken sleep, postpartum body changes, grief, full mental load.
It's never perfect.. Just consistent
And that’s what rebuilt me

And it’s exactly what we do inside my sessions

No chasing soreness for the sake of it

This week I’ve been away and my PT ladies didn’t miss a beat.

They trained, showed up and they got it done. Without me needing to remind them.

Sore? Yes.

But also… noticing things feel easier. Stronger. More natural.

And that’s the win right there 🔥

Because the goal was never for you to rely on me to keep you consistent.

It’s for you to prove to yourself that “I can actually stick to this”

That standard? That’s what changes everything.

You stop needing motivation.
You stop waiting for the “perfect time.”
You just become the one who shows up.

That’s exactly how I coach.

I’ll guide you, support you, and challenge you…
but I’m also building people who don’t need babysitting.

People who back themselves.
Who follow through.
Who keep going… with or without me there.

Because that’s where real confidence comes from 🔥

Meanwhile over here today I’ve been knee deep in a mountain of washing, meal planning, and mapping out my week after being away ⛴️

Resetting myself. Refocusing and getting back into motion.

Just like I expect from my crew.

Those trips where you just submerge yourself fully into every moment? This was one of them! ❤️

It was so nice to be present, connected, laughing and having so much fun.

The kids did so well on the drives and we crammed a lot into our little trip but it felt spacious, not rushed and I actually got teary this morning that our time had come to an end.

Feeling very tired after travelling back home today but excited to see some of my fitcrew in the morning and more on Saturday!

Can't wait to get back into routine again after this wonderful family break xx

Time away like this reminds me of something..

How you actually feel within yourself while on holiday.

I've had my fair share of trips where I've been in my head, feeling like crap and that vibe truly affects everything.

This feels different.

Feeling good within my body, not overthing my food, having stable energy throughout the days.

It makes space for connection, to laugh and have fun, to soak in each moment together.

And that's the goal right. To feel completely at home within yourself.

That's the ripple effect I want everyone to have for themselves.
