I get it. Today felt heavy for me too (thanks grief for rearing your head badly today đź)

I had a client this week who made a few simple nutrition shifts and tidied up her movement â not eating less, not pushing harder, just being consistent â and within days her bloating eased and her weight began to move.
Me I leant into rest and relaxation mode. PT early with q long term client of 7+ years. Got all the big things out of the way early so I could focus on me and what I needed in the moment. And I felt 1000x better for it walking into class tonight smiling, laughing and having fun with my crew.
