How Mindfulness Can Help Us Find Balance in a Rapidly Changing World?
Mindfulness has played a vital role in helping me sustain myself as a physiotherapist working with people facing complex pain and mental health challenges. As the anxious teenager I once was, I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today without its guidance. It’s helped me appreciate the little things, ride the waves of challenge, and maintain balance as a mum, healthcare professional and educator.
I love sharing this practice, which has supported me through my personal and professional journey. I’ve been teaching the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course since 2010, and I’m excited to offer it again soon!
