Concrete Jungle Yoga, Teddington (2026)

🔑 Today is the one year anniversary of signing the contracts and getting the keys to Teddington.

I took my first teacher training in 2017 never to become a teacher but because I reached a point in my life where I felt lonely and I hadn’t realised it yet but I was depressed. I just wanted to meet like minded people and see if I could find a spark in life again.

I am cutting a few chapters out and will maybe fill it all in another day…..But 8 years later, 7 property viewings over 4 years, 5 more teacher trainings, 3 festivals, 11 retreats an online yoga platform, Davina McCall and 1000’s of yoga classes I finally made my dream come true.

How did I do it? Again I’ll go into more detail on another post. But I kept my head down, put the teaching hours and years in, found my people and listened.

I wouldn’t be here today without my little family - Barney & Mowgli ✨🧡✨ The years you have spend supporting every mad idea I have had and never doubting me.

As the weeks unfold towards 🎂 first birthday 27th June (we are having a huge yoga party and you are invited!) i tell the story of how it all happened.

People keep asking me what is next?🔮 honestly? I do know 👀, But it’s not ready just yet 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼✨

I have some huge announcements coming up this weekend!!!!

🫱🏻‍🫲🏼I’m back….Online is back, and it’s been shaped with a lot of care.

✨ 3 on-demand recordings in January, including Full Moon and New Moon flows

This is how January looks. Each month may evolve as we move through the year.

This space is for those who can’t always make it in person, those practising from different parts of the world, and those wanting rhythm, consistency, and connection wherever they are.

Same intention. Same community.
Just a little closer again.

I’m really happy to be back with you.
And for those of you who are still here I promise this is going to get even better!!! Watch this space. I have a lot planned for you and me in 2026

Not sure it will ever sink in. 6 months in and it’s beyond what we ever imagined.

It’s incredibly hard, insanely fulfilling and it just feels right.

I’m not hosting any retreats in 2026. this year is about me spending time with my little family. These boys have backed me through every mad decision, retreat and event I have ever set my heart towards over the last few years.

2026 for me is continuing to build the roots of we’re still only a few months in and there is so much more to do, and making more memories with B & M.

Thank you to you all for supporting my journey i can’t wait to for the next chapter to unfold.

Wishing you the best start to the new calendar year.

💡 All those ideas in the middle of night… are coming to life.

Will it ever sink in?

One year ago today, everything I’d been working towards for 9 years suddenly felt possible.

Over 6 years, I viewed around 8 properties, something always fell through or didn’t feel right. There’s a story behind it (and how I nearly lost everything), but what I learned is this: always trust your gut.

No handouts, no shortcuts. Just hard work and belief that it would happen if kept my head down and trusted the journey. Not only that but the blind faith my husband has in me still blows my mind. I wouldn’t be here without him.

You name it I have said yes to it…. Unless it’s tested on animals obvs!

So here I am. Do I have it all? No. Will I ever stop? No chance.

You win some, you lose some 👀 but every single moment led me here. And I’m proud of that.

So yeah…. I wonder what the future holds 😈 prepare to be amazed.

🥨 Asana - Some things will come to you naturally others will feel like it takes a life time for them to make sense. On the other hand there will be postures that you will need ribs removed for…. Does that mean you give up?

•>• Happy Summer Solstice - I have met this one with big realisations. There is a life force running through me right now teaching me and for the first time in my life I am able to listen.
I don’t know where my path will take me from here. But I am grateful to those who to stand with me.
Ps yoga is f*cking amazing. 🙌🏼
