Did you know I also do foot detox’s.

This detox machine assists with pulling out heavy metals out of your body via your feet.

We then need to make sure we remineralise your body after it putting nutrients back into the body.

Have you ever had a foot detox?

Follow my story for some client pictures of what a foot detox looks like.

There is something beautifully ancient about the act of soaking the feet.

Before wellness became an industry, people instinctively understood that tending to the feet had a powerful influence on the entire body. Across cultures and centuries, a simple basin of warm water was used to restore the weary traveler, comfort the sick, calm the mind before sleep, and prepare the body for rest. It was medicine at its most humble.

And while the ritual may feel simple, the physiology behind it is surprisingly elegant.

The feet are extraordinary sensory structures. Each foot contains more than 7,000 nerve endings, dense networks of blood vessels, and complex fascial connections that travel upward through the calves, hamstrings, pelvis, and spine. When the feet are immersed in warm water, several systems in the body begin responding almost immediately.

The first response is vascular. Warm water causes the blood vessels in the feet to vasodilate, or widen. This allows more blood to circulate through the lower extremities, improving oxygen delivery to tissues and helping move metabolic waste products out of fatigued muscles. Increased circulation in the feet also influences overall circulatory dynamics, encouraging a gentle redistribution of blood flow throughout the body.

The nervous system responds just as quickly.

The warm temperature and sustained skin stimulation activate mechanoreceptors and thermoreceptors in the feet. These signals travel through the peripheral nervous system to the brain, where they help shift the body away from sympathetic “fight or flight” activity and toward parasympathetic regulation, the state associated with rest, digestion, tissue repair, and emotional calm.

This is why people often notice their breathing deepen and their shoulders drop within minutes of a foot soak. The nervous system is receiving a steady message of safety.

Then there is the role of the minerals themselves.

Magnesium salts, particularly magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) or magnesium chloride flakes, are commonly used in therapeutic soaks because magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. It contributes to muscle relaxation, nerve conduction, and cellular energy production.

While the skin is not the large absorption gateway many people once believed it to be, it is still an active physiological interface. Warm water hydrates the outer skin layers and temporarily increases permeability. Some studies suggest small amounts of minerals may be absorbed transdermally, but even beyond absorption, magnesium-rich water helps relax muscle tissue and soothe irritated nerve endings through local effects on the skin and underlying tissues.

Dead Sea salts contribute additional minerals such as potassium, calcium, bromide, and zinc, which support skin barrier function and reduce inflammation. Baking soda helps soften keratin in the skin, making the feet feel smoother and more comfortable, and also helps neutralize pH.

Then there is the fascial response.

Fascia is a water-loving tissue. When warmth and hydration are introduced to the body, fascial layers can become more pliable and receptive to movement and touch. Soaking the feet before massage or bodywork often allows therapists to access deeper relaxation in the fascial system more quickly.

But perhaps one of the most overlooked aspects of a foot soak is something far simpler.

It slows us down.

When the feet are immersed in warm water, the body naturally pauses. The nervous system receives sustained, predictable sensory input. Breathing becomes steadier, muscles soften without effort, and the body begins shifting from a state of doing into a state of being.

This is why something as humble as a foot soak has endured through centuries of wellness traditions. Not because it is elaborate or expensive, but because it works with the body’s natural design.

Warmth improves circulation.
Minerals support tissue function.
Sensory input calms the nervous system.
And stillness allows the body to reorganize itself.

Sometimes the most powerful therapies are not the most complex. Sometimes they begin with warm water, a handful of minerals from the earth, and the quiet intelligence of the body.

🌿🕊️ Fascia & Lymph: Why Tight Fascia Makes You Swell

By Bianca Botha, CLT | RLD | MLDT & CDS – Lymphatica

Most women think swelling is only about fluid — too much salt, hormones, heat, stress, or inflammation.
But one of the most overlooked causes of swelling is something deeper, more structural, and far more common:

Tight fascia.

Your fascia is a 3D web of connective tissue that wraps around every muscle, organ, nerve and vessel in your body.
It is the framework that holds you together…
and one of the biggest influences on your lymphatic system.

When fascia becomes tight, restricted or dehydrated, your lymph cannot move.
And when your lymph cannot move, you swell.

Let’s gently explore this hidden—but powerful—connection.

🌐 What Exactly Is Fascia?

Fascia is a thin but incredibly strong layer of connective tissue.
It is found everywhere:

• under your skin
• around your muscles
• around your organs
• around your nerves
• around your blood vessels
• around your lymphatic vessels

Imagine a soft, stretchy bodysuit that surrounds your entire body.
Now imagine that this bodysuit has become stiff, dry or glued down.

That is what tight fascia feels like inside your body.

💧 Fascia and Lymph Flow Are Directly Linked

Your lymphatic vessels sit inside and between layers of fascia.
When fascia is healthy, soft and hydrated, lymph can glide through the tissues easily and drain waste out of your body.

But when fascia is tight, lymph vessels get squeezed — like stepping on a garden hose.

This causes:

• puffiness
• swelling
• water retention
• bloating around the ribs or belly
• heaviness in the legs
• breast tenderness
• tight shoulders and neck
• “stuck” swelling that doesn’t move

If your fascia is tight, your lymph cannot drain.

🧊 What Makes Fascia Tight?

So many everyday things stiffen and dehydrate fascia:

• shallow breathing
• stress
• sitting too long
• emotional tension stored in the body
• lack of gentle movement
• poor posture
• previous injuries
• dehydration
• inflammation
• cold exposure or cold foods in sensitive people

This is why women often say:
“I didn’t even do anything — why am I swelling?”

Because fascia tightens quietly, slowly… and then your lymph feels the consequences.

🧘‍♀️ How Tight Fascia Shows Up in Your Body

Here are the subtle signs:

• ribcage that feels “locked” or hard
• shoulders pulling forward
• tension under the breasts
• stiffness in the neck
• shallow breathing
• bloated upper belly
• swelling that worsens by the afternoon
• pressure when you twist your torso
• pain when stretching the sides of the body

These are not random symptoms.
They are fascia asking for softness.

🌿 How Fascia Restriction Creates Swelling

When fascia stiffens, it:

• reduces space for lymph to move
• compresses lymph nodes
• limits diaphragm function
• restricts the ribcage
• traps inflammation
• reduces circulation
• slows detoxification

Your lymphatic system relies on gentle, rhythmic motion.
Fascia is the “terrain” it moves through.
When the terrain becomes rigid, lymph stagnates.

This is why fascia work can be transformative for swelling — not because it “breaks down fluid,” but because it restores the pathways through which fluid must flow.

💚 Beautiful Ways to Soften Fascia & Support Lymph Flow

No force.
No pain.
No aggressive stretching.

Your fascia responds to warmth and gentleness, not pressure.

Here are methods your body loves:

• slow, deep breathing
• gentle ribcage expansion
• slow fascial stretches
• warm showers (not cold)
• soft twisting movements
• MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage)
• gentle yoga or mobility work
• hydration with electrolytes
• emotional release and nervous system regulation

When fascia softens, lymph moves.
When lymph moves, swelling melts.

🕊️ A Final Loving Truth

Swelling is not always a “water problem.”
Often, it is a space problem — your tissues simply don’t have enough room for fluid to move.

Your fascia holds your story — your stress, your posture, your emotions, your protection patterns.
But with softness, warmth, breath and movement, it can let go.

Your body is not failing you.
Your fascia is protecting you the only way it knows how.

And with gentle support, it will release.

When fascia softens, the whole body begins to heal. 🌿💛

It’s not a secret….. 🤫

That I don’t trust our current medical system due to the plandemic, the scaredemic, the con job of the last 4-5 years.

This has really made me focus on my earth bound life, the here and now.

I’ve been busy doing the things, the body work, the health work, the soul work, the deep dives, the surface work - it’s a consistent re-direction, re-alignment, re-calibration.

Healing from this experience and perspective is not a quick fix (some would say “just take a pill 💊 for that!” 🤨 hmm the red pill or the blue pill!)

I have always has glimpses of remembering, of knowledge, of putting things into practice.

The learnings
The lessons
The teachers
The healers
The guides

It truly has been an exciting journey when you look back on the choices you made and some never to be repeated. Some made out of fear. Some out of excitement. The list goes on and on.

My body has shown me in the past few days, tenderness with my hips, feeling also into the collective and everyone that has crossed my path in the oast few days has had hip issues.

😬 My hips - ouch
😬 Someone I work with hips - ouch
😬 Someone I was talking to yesterday hips - ouch

So I decided to do some research into this topic and here is what I found from a holistic perspective.

🌱Louise Hay’s Perspective (Mind–Body Connection)
Louise Hay associated the hips with:
Moving forward in life
Major decisions
Support and balance
Trusting life to carry you
Emotional Themes Behind Sore Hips
According to her work (especially You Can Heal Your Life), hip problems may relate to:
Fear of moving forward
Resistance around big life decisions
Feeling unsupported
Stuck energy around direction or purpose
Right hip (often symbolically masculine / future / action):
Fear of stepping into the future
Career or external world stress
Decision paralysis
Left hip (often symbolically feminine / past / relationships):
Old emotional wounds
Family or relational burdens
Difficulty receiving support
Louise Hay–Style Affirmations
You might try:
“I move forward in life with ease and joy.”
“Life supports me in every step I take.”
“I am safe making decisions.”
“I trust the direction of my life.”
She would encourage noticing:
👉 What decision am I postponing?
👉 Where do I feel unsupported?

🌌 2. Dolores Cannon’s Perspective (Soul Contracts & Subconscious Memory)
Dolores Cannon worked through Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), where physical pain was often linked to:
Past-life imprints
Unresolved trauma carried in cellular memory
Pre-birth soul agreements
Lessons about empowerment or movement
From this lens, hip pain might relate to:
A lifetime where movement was restricted (injury, imprisonment, war)
Carrying responsibility for others (burden energy)
A soul lesson about independence vs. dependence
Resistance to your planned life path
Dolores often found that the subconscious mind creates pain as:
A signal to slow down
A redirection mechanism
A wake-up call toward alignment
You might reflect:
Did I plan a different path before incarnating?
Am I resisting my authentic direction?
Is my body asking me to pivot?

📖 3. Akashic Records Perspective (Soul Blueprint & Karmic Memory)
In Akashic teachings, the hips are associated with:
Foundation and grounding
Life direction
Stability in incarnation
Your “spiritual backbone” for movement
Hip discomfort could symbolically represent:
Fear of stepping into your soul mission
Carrying ancestral lineage burdens
Imbalance between divine feminine & masculine within
Resistance to expansion
Some intuitive Akashic themes around hips include:
“You are supported more than you believe.”
“Release inherited survival patterns.”
“You are safe to move into abundance.”
Akashic healing might involve:
Releasing ancestral vows
Clearing karmic contracts
Calling back fragmented energy
Forgiveness across timelines

Here is where the deep work begins AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN.

I have some natural remedies (instead of a medical 💊) which is fantastic HOWEVER this is always a short fix for me in this life on earth, the here and now.

So I will continue with the Woo Woo as I will no longer carry this into other lifetimes.

TIME FOR CHANGE and MOVEMENT FORWARD.

Delving deep into my akashic records.

So much fun to be had doing this. So interesting .

It’s like a trip away, around the world, into lifetimes.

I wanted to share my insights with you all, incase you are feeling the same.

Reach out as I would be interested to know if you have felt it, felt any shifts or if you are deepen your superpowers to help “heal yourself” naturally.

Love to you all 💝

Here’s a little reminder…..

The lime tree kept flowering, offering buds and promise, even in seasons of neglect.
No water. No fertiliser. No tending hand. And still—it grew.

It is a quiet reminder that life carries its own wisdom.

That growth is not always dependent on perfect care or ideal conditions.

Even when we feel overlooked, depleted, or disconnected from nourishment, something within us still reaches for light.

We are more resilient than we realise.
Even in neglected times, something sacred continues to unfold.

What you feel is just the tip of the iceberg.

Discomfort and tension can be surface-level signs of deeper imbalances within the body.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Bowen Therapy considers how underlying imbalances across the muscular, fascial, joint, and nervous systems may be contributing to what you're feeling.

Using precise, gentle movements, Bowen aims to support the body’s own ability to unwind tension and restore balance.

It’s not about chasing symptoms — it’s about listening to what the body is really saying and working with it, not against it.
