As we prepare for the Government’s new Support at Home program from 1 November, Trilogy Care is undertaking a significant one-off process: reviewing and updating every individual client’s care plan and budget.

This is a Government-mandated requirement for all providers and represents a major temporary increase in workload for our care teams.

📞 We know some clients have found us harder to reach recently. We're bringing in rapid changes to improve contact times and ensure your urgent needs are prioritised.

🧾 Your services remain fully in place and are being carefully transitioned to the new Support at Home system to ensure zero disruption to you.

🙏 We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our commitment to personalised, responsive care remains unchanged.
