Yesterday Dallas & I had an absolute ball at Terrigal Beach! We splashed through the waves & Dallas got to feel the sand between her toes, easily a highlight of our year 🌊☀️
We are so lucky that the Central Coast Council, provide several different types of beach wheelchairs at many beaches so that everyone can enjoy the beach as many wheelchair users can go their whole lives without the opportunity to do what many of us enjoy

Today Jades usual exercise program wasn’t on so we head to Hive Activ where Jade got to do exercises similar to her usual program as well as trying out some new equipment as well as meet some new people. The Ski erg is definitely a new favourite!
