Meet Jorden 💥
Jorden is one of our dedicated Client Support Managers, who brings both heart and drive to the team.
As a Client Support Manager, Jorden plays a key role in ensuring both participants and support staff feel supported, heard, and empowered. He builds strong relationships with families and works closely with his team to ensure each participant receives high-quality, personalised care aligned with their goals.
With over 10 years of experience in the support sector, including 5 years in management, Jorden has developed a strong, people-first leadership style. He leads with emotional intelligence, taking the time to truly understand both staff and participants so he can support everyone in the best way possible.
Outside of work, Jorden is just as committed. He’s currently studying a Bachelor of Law, showing his passion for growth and continuous learning. When he’s not hitting the books, you’ll find him training in Muay Thai or spending quality time with his family, something he deeply values.
