A big thank you to Anne from Rapid 1st Aid for delivering another engaging and hands-on in-house training session for our teams at The Clinic Tahmoor and The Oaks Medical Practice.

Here’s Anne demonstrating CPR techniques with our staff, building the confidence and skills needed to respond in an emergency.

💡 Why is CPR so important?
When someone suffers a cardiac arrest, immediate CPR can double or even triple their chance of survival. Those first few minutes before paramedics arrive are critical, and having trained first responders on hand can truly save lives.

The Oaks Medical Practice and The Clinic Tahmoor will be closed over the Easter period (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon) and will reopen 9am Tuesday 7th April.

If you’re needing any last-minute scripts or referrals, please make sure you book in this week to avoid missing out.

We’re also pleased to let you know that we have flu vaccinations in stock, and once again will be offering the flu vaccine FREE to ALL of our patients.
