Frosty and Hershy getting some flat work today at Woodend indoor arena.
They both worked beautifully getting softer and more supple with every ride.

2 first timer trims (with us). The second photo the horse had an injury to the lateral side of the hoof.

Making the most of the wet today with this little gypsy cob mare. This is her 5th ride and first ride off property. She thought she might like to make the most of the wet by practising her jumping skills over puddles so we spent a bit of time working on getting her moving through the wet a bit more calmly, she did great.

Hey guys i've been super busy on working on my business. I have lots of changes and cool things in the works currently.

Photos from yesterday's Mountain cattleman's event at Valmont farms.
Frosty and Hawk did amazingly well.
We competed in the mini comp but didn't try any fancy stuff as I'm just focused on building their confidence.
We got the chance to start tracking some cattle on Frosty in preparation to eventually do some breakaway roping on him.
And practiced some herding cattle with Hawk and got to have a go cutting on the mechanical flag "cow" which was excellent for him as we hope to eventually compete him in camp drafting.
Overall a wonderful day out. Credit goes to the commitee and the owners of Valmont farms for a wonderfully ran day out.
