Amen! You never think how much stress affects your body until something goes wrong. I can tell when I am maxing out my body because I cannot tolerate dairy products. Take the stress away and I can eat my cottage cheese without a care in the world.

Work out 1 done with Body Confidence Australia! It feels so good to be pushing my body again after a hectic month.

If you are feeling that you need a little push to get moving after winter, come on down to Queens Park. You get to workout outside with awesome women and guaranteed you will feel amazing afterward :)

P.s. Sorry it has been so quiet lately, it's crunch time with uni so all my energy is going into my assignments at the moment.

Tonight we are having a strawberry and haloumi salad with a creamy pesto dressing.

Love creamy dressings but feel they are too high in calories, not to worry, use natural yoghurt instead! This dressing was made with 2 tbs of yoghurt, 2 tsp of pesto, some lemon juice and a bit of water to thin it out. Simple and delicious 😋

About Olivia

My food philosophy is to eat well and have fun doing it.

That means no superfoods, no gimmicks, just real food. Lasagna, salads, oats for breakfast, some chocolate in the evening. As long as it makes me feel good, I’m going to eat it.

I eat really well 80% of the time but allow for 20% of my diet to be indulgent. This is because I am a human being who likes to eat dessert and burritos from time to time.

I want to teach your how to eat without guilt but also improve your health through simple changes that you can use for the rest of your life.
