Energy School is a deep dive into understanding the principles of energy with the intention of raising your own vibrations in order to reach your full potential in life. 

Topics covered include:
- What is energy?
- How to understand and feel energy. 
- Where it is absorbed in the body.
- Energy hygiene.
- How to protect your energy.
- Understanding your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy.
- How to shift stuck energy. 
- How to enhance your energy by changing your vibration.

If you're ready to start your energy journey with us, here are all the details you need to know about our next intake:

- The next course begins Thursday 1st September. 
- The course is 3 classes in total - one a week for 3 weeks (each a different lesson). 
- 6:00 - 8:00pm
- Cost is $396. Payment plans available on request.

- The next course begins Thursday 4th August (4/8, 11/8, 18/8, 25/8) .
- The course is 4 classes in total - one a week for 4 weeks (each a different lesson). 
- 6:00 - 7:30pm
- Cost is $99 per session - total of $396 for all 4 weeks (paid upfront) for existing Prosper Kinesiology or Antara Studios clients. For non-clients the cost is $125 per session - total of $500 (paid upfront). Payment plans available on request.
