I'm still here! Just terrible at posting on my social media page. 😁

Thanks to all my lovely clients, I have been able to start working Monday's as well. This day I will do a split day so that I can offer a couple of later appointments. I have updated the opening hours in the ABOUT section.

I've also been working on my website and now I have some beautiful images to use taken by the lovely Tilly at Oh Tilly Photography. I will announce when it's up and running.

You may have noticed a few changes popping up on Facebook!

Aulora Kinesiology & Massage is now Aulora Total Wellness! I feel that this best reflects my offerings as a therapist as I continue to grow and learn.

I reckon about 1 in 3 women apologise for not shaving their legs and honestly, we don't care. Funny thing is though, I still apologise when I get a massage too 😅

Sometimes once just isn't enough....soz!

Depending on the extent of the injury or area of concern, I usually recommend coming at least 2-3 times and leaving only 1-2 weeks in between your appointments. This allows the top superficial muscles to stay soft and malleable by the next appointment so the following massage can reach deeper muscles. Of course, everybody's beautiful body is different so this advice may vary. 🙂

NEWS!

I have reapplied for my health fund provider numbers and they are slowly coming through. Feel free to send me a message and check to see if your health fund is one I can offer rebates for right now. Hoping to have them all through in a few weeks. So excited for my clients to be able to claim for my services finally. I know it is helpful to get that bit back especially with the cost of living increases.
