A quick msg to say thank you for the overwhelming messages of support! It's not easy showing such raw emotions on social media! But I really am blessed to have such kind and supportive clients! And life is not always sunshine and rainbows nor should we have to make out it is! Iv always been real and what you see is what you get! 😍

ABT is looking a little different!
But wow, are we excited! That fire in the belly is back—pure passion and drive, both for ourselves and for our incredible clients.
Let’s just say, Dan and I are absolute sickos (in the best way!)—we thrive off lifting each other up, even in the workplace.
ABT has been operating in this location for 4.5 years, and we’ve accomplished so much—expanding our team, our services, our client base, and even our building. But in the process, we got tunnel vision. The excitement of growing overtook everything, and it eventually caught up with me. I hit major burnout last year, which impacted both my mental and physical health.
So now, ABT is embracing a “less is more” approach. We’re down to a team of two—yep, just Dan and me! Hehehe.
Over the past 6 months, as our team naturally reduced, I’ve come to believe everything happens for a reason. With the stress and health challenges I faced, I found myself unable to show up for my team the way I expect of myself—as a leader and support. That realisation led to some big decisions and changes in our workplace.
Behind the scenes, Dan and I have been diving into training—especially focused on skin and the dermal side of things. We are loving it, and we’re beyond excited to bring that energy into our injectables side!
I’ll be sharing more soon about the treatments we’ll be offering, along with promos, deals, and specials—so keep an eye out!
