About Us:
At Greatway Support Solutions, we’re passionate about providing high-quality support to NDIS participants. We are proud of our supportive, growth-focused environment and are looking for a motivated Rostering Administrator to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Rostering Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating support staff rosters while ensuring compliance with allocated hours and the SCHADS Award. You’ll be the direct contact for support workers regarding rostering matters and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Rostering support workers to NDIS participants within allocated hours

Ensuring compliance with the SCHADS Award

Managing rostering using the Visualcare system (experience with Visualcare highly advantageous)

Communicating with support staff and stakeholders regarding rostering

Sending reminders for upcoming expired service agreements

Greeting guests in the office

Scanning, uploading, and filing confidential information

Supporting the team with general administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in rostering or workforce coordination (NDIS sector preferred)

Experience with Visualcare system highly advantageous

Knowledge of SCHADS Award compliance

Strong organisational and communication skills

A team player with a proactive, positive attitude

Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail

Current Blue and Yellow Cards

National Police Check

First Aid and CPR certificates (preferred but not essential)

Greatway Support Solutions is running our buddy up sessions again!

** DUE TO WEATHER BUDDY UP WILL BE 14/3/2025**.

Located at our airconditioned office at 108 Herries Street East Toowoomba

On the first Friday of each month between 1pm-3pm

Free parking is available on the northern end of the intersection of Phillip and Herries Street, then just walk down to Herries street turn left and walk 20m. Our office is on the right of Reid Engineering in the same building

Our Session Topics-
- Building respectful housemate relationships - compromise, communication and mutual understanding
- Budgeting - accommodation, meals, transport, electricity, WIFI, phone, medical costs, other costs
- Finding the right housemate - common interests, values, personalities and lifestyle choices
-Shared responsibilities - setting boundaries, house meetings and conflict resolution
-Project - let's find a suitable home. Refer 'My Perfect Home' sheet
-Attend a rental property inspection as a group outing

Our aim-
- Build friendships
- Matchup housemates for Supported Independent Living (SIL) and - Individual Living Options (ILO) opportunities
- Get involved in some activities like table tennis, retro gaming, board games, arts and crafts etc
- Have lots of fun together!!!

Important Info-
- You're welcome to a free sausage sizzle and a can of drink
- Participants who are new to GSS are welcome to bring their support worker along for a free intro session (we just need to gather participant details before attending)
- Sessions funded at 1:3 group ratio

Staying in a lovely Airbnb home, activities include..
- Go carting
- Australia zoo
- Movies
- 10 pin bowling
- Swimming
- Exploring Montville

Typically funded from Core supports, these activities are great for building self confidence, life skills and social interaction experience.
