We view ourselves as energetic trailblazers, a family-run business with deep personal connections to the disability sector. Our dream is to inspire and uplift both participants and staff, fostering a culture of happiness and well-being. We work collaboratively with clients, families and support networks to offer support services that promote independence, inclusion, and community participation. We had such a great day celebrating our Blue Kite Christmas party yesterday! Thanks so much to everyone who came along!

Big thanks to Westridge Fruit & Vegetables for generously donating the beautiful fresh produce, and Range Meat Company for supplying the sausages and patties (huge hit 😄)

Over the past few months, Kate has been busy hand-crafting these beautiful Christmas decorations with the help of her daughter and her support workers! 🎄❤️
On Saturday she displayed them at the St Anne’s Highfields Car Boot Sale - it was a wonderful morning!

Our little Blue Kite crew is growing (again!), and we’re on the hunt for another fabulous casual Support Worker to join the team 💙

We’re looking for someone who:
🪁 Has all their NDIS prerequisites sorted
🪁 Is available across a mix of days and times - mornings, afternoons, and the occasional weekend adventure
🪁 Has experience in the industry
🪁 Drives safely and has comprehensive car insurance
🪁 Loves making people’s lives a little brighter

We’re a small, down-to-earth provider that believes in uplifting support - for our participants and our staff! You won’t get lost in a sea of emails here; we actually know everyone’s name (and probably their coffee order too ☕).
