Our Community Guidelines
This page is a place for information on the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing project only. Please be aware that Nexus reserves the right to remove any posts, comments or other material found to be off topic, inappropriate or objectionable. We respond to most questions posted to our Facebook wall by private message or through updates to our on page posts. We do not allow photos or videos to be posted to our timeline or our photos to be tagged. Only comments from the NexusTSRC page (https://facebook.com/NexusTSRC) should be considered representative of the project. Any other advice or postings on this page do not represent the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing project in an official capacity. If you have a specific enquiry or need an urgent response, we recommend you contact the Nexus Community Relations team via info@nexusTSRC.com.au or 1800 198 878. Some examples of what will not be tolerated on our wall:
• profane, defamatory, offensive or violent language
• trolling or posting deliberately disruptive statements meant to hijack comment threads or throw discussions off track
• attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual
• hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs
• links or comments containing sexually explicit content
• discussion of illegal activity
• spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices
• acknowledgement of intent to stalk an individual or collect private information without disclosure
• commercial solicitation or promotion of a competitor
• violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
• content that relates to confidential or proprietary business information
• content determined to be inappropriate, in poor taste or otherwise contrary to the purposes of the forum
• promoting competing products, services or brands
• personal promotion.
