“This is my third attempt at writing this because I really want to say it right… But here it is from the heart.
Brite truly listens to their clients. You don’t just hear us you actually act on what we say and that makes such a difference to our kids’ experience.
You stay in contact with families and help us find solutions. We always feel supported and included, not left wondering what’s happening.
Even when you’re tired or having a hard day, you never show it. You turn up with kindness, patience and positivity every single time, and that means so much to us as parents.
The activities you organise are always changing, fun and exciting but they’re also teaching real skills. Our kids are learning while they’re having fun, and that’s something really special.
I’ve watched all of the participants grow in confidence and communication. The changes in them are beautiful to see.
I also love all the photos and videos you take. It’s so lovely for us as families to see what our kids are doing and how happy they are. (I even had the idea that one day you could make USB keepsakes for Christmas!)
You also do an amazing job teaching life skills, and I love that you’re starting to look at the next step — helping our kids use those skills in real life, including work and opportunities.
We truly love what you do and we can’t wait to see what comes next for Brite and our kids.
