Every week we get to witness something pretty special. A whole group of legends showing up exactly as they are. For some, these days take courage and bravery. For others, it’s their favourite chance to let loose and celebrate something that brings them pure, undeniable JOY.

But for all of them… it’s connection, belonging, laughter and a space where they can shine in their own way.

We’re so proud of every single one of you. Thank you for reminding us what community really looks like — supportive, inclusive, loud, proud and full of heart.

To Join the Brite Community Care Team

Do you have a big heart, excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting people to live full connected lives?

At Brite Community Care we are seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist our participants with community access, social connection and meaningful daily experiences.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting people with disabilities to enjoy life out in the community — from activities, appointments and events, to social outings, coffee catch ups, BBQs, sports days and everything in between.

Every day is different and every day you’ll be making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, empowering and respectful support
• Communicate confidently with participants, families, and team members
• Transport clients to and from their chosen activities
• Encourage independence, confidence + individual strengths
• Maintain professional and accurate documentation

About You:
• Friendly, reliable, patient and confident
• Current First Aid + CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening
• Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle

Availability Requirements:
• Mondays + Thursdays are required start asap
• Other days may will be available as we are growing
• School holidays become much busier — so flexibility is ideal
