There comes a point where the path you’ve walked begins to shape the work you’re here to offer.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked across corporate, education, international student recruitment and radio — supporting people, leading teams, communicating stories, and navigating the very real pressures that comes with modern life.
And through both my professional and personal experiences — including navigating breast cancer — one thing became increasingly clear.
We don’t just need strategies to perform better.
We need spaces where people can pause… regulate… and reconnect with themselves.
That understanding is what led me to create Mia Chi Meditation and Hypnotherapy.
A space grounded in calm, clarity and meaningful change.
My work brings together clinical hypnotherapy, meditation, NLP and nervous system awareness to support people in a way that feels human, safe and sustainable.
Not clinical.
Not overwhelming.
Not another thing to “push through.”
But a way of working with the mind and body — not against it.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, habits, stress and life transitions, while also partnering with workplaces who are recognising that true performance comes from regulated, supported nervous systems.
Because when people feel steady, clear and supported… everything shifts.
Focus improves.
Decision-making sharpens.
Energy becomes sustainable.
And change begins to happen — naturally.
At the heart of everything I offer is a simple belief:
