cent world events make it all worse. You want to flow and thrive, doing the things you truly love again and feel connected with yourself and others. Something is speaking to you from within to find this flow but you do not know where to begin.

5 years ago I was exactly in the same situation as you are. As a professional woman scientist for 25 years, with a background in running and setting up high level laboratories in a high stress environment, I was drowning. At first it was just the feeling of grumpiness and dissatisfaction, so I thought, work harder, you need to control things more. I sought solace in travel, adventure sports, food and alcohol. The harder I worked, the more I wanted to control, the more my stuck-ness spiralled into health issues, lack of sleep, anxiety, indecision, overthinking, and fear. I could not even find joy and gratitude in my job that was my life. I looked at this woman in the mirror and I did not even know her, what she really wanted and who she was. It was then that I knew I had to make a change as it was compromising my health, relationships, and my ability in my profession. I too was confused as to where to start. I went about it in a scientific manner and tried everything from breathwork, meditation and deep personal development work to find answers to rediscover myself. I experimented with what I learnt on myself. These learnings brought an awareness, reconnection to my Feminine and flow to my life that I would love to share my insights and tools with you so we may go on this journey together towards a healthier life filled with energy, peace and joy.

She knows exactly what needs to be said in the difficult conversation with her partner.

But instead of trusting it, she rehearses seventeen different versions. Googles “how to have hard conversations.” Asks three friends what they think.

By the time she’s “ready” to speak, the original truth has been diluted by everyone else’s opinions.

I know this woman because I was this woman.

The body whispers the truth. The mind demands a committee.

Usually, the body knows long before the mind starts negotiating with it. But somewhere along the way, we learned that our inner knowing needed a PhD before it could speak up. That our wisdom required a reference list. That our truth wasn’t valid unless it came with external stamps of approval.

So we override the knowing. We collect opinions like evidence. We research our way out of our own clarity.

We turn our inner compass into a democracy — and wonder why we feel so lost.

The body often registers truth long before the mind can explain it. It just takes time for the nervous system to feel safe enough to trust what it already knows.

And in my breathwork communities and 1:1 sessions, people often finally exhale when they realise that maybe the answer was never missing. They’d just stopped trusting themselves enough to hear it.

Emotions are like cushions being thrown at you. 🤣 You can catch them... or not.

This insight came through in Resonance this week and it’s everything.

You don’t have to absorb every feeling in the room. You don’t have to carry what isn’t yours.

Your nervous system can learn the difference.

I’ll admit, I was sceptical going into this…”

That’s how someone described their experience of Resonance.

Not really expecting much.
Not convinced something so simple & online would do anything.

And then… over the two weeks, things started to shift.

A bit more calm in the day.
More clarity.
A different way of meeting what was in front of them.



Not because anything dramatic happened…

but because they were taking a small amount of time each morning
to come back to themselves.

And over time, that built into something steadier.

A sense of “I’ve got me”
that wasn’t forced… just there.
