I am so grateful to be trained by Australia’s number 1 training company for coaches Luke Hawkins who gives his absolute to empower, transform and train coaches from all over the world.

I have personally experienced the power of Neuro Transformation Therapy Masters which is a set of tools that works with the subconscious mind to change our the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that hold so many of us back from feeling the way we want and creating the life we deserve! Its crazy how powerful our subconscious mind is once we deal with the root cause of where things come from!!

I've never truely invested in ME before, making the effort to learn what my root causes were which were underneath running my state of emotion and effectively my behaviours.

It's crazy to think that I always kept delaying this, thinking I couldn't afford it, making up excuses to do my own work. I just never really thought of what it was costing me NOT to seek help and develop my own awareness.

Today's focus for our Kids In Nature program was on perseverance. The experience today provided the perfect opportunity to be challenged with this.

The theme unpacked from our debrief was on our mindset. Everyone who had an 'emotional moment' and had been challenged, was able to return to having fun when they began focusing on something positive. Through doing this, they realised they were in control of their experience and could easily move a negative thought and returned to having fun.

This is the power of nature in helping us to become aware of our emotions and how to regulate them 🤗🌿😃

I heard something related to meeting our childhood needs that's a nice reminder I want to share 🤗:

Within 'Nature' there is the 'prewiring' of everything that is needed for something to grow into its full potential 🌿

'Nurture' is the external factors that either allow for this to happen or not 🤔.

An acorn is prewired to grow into an acorn tree, however without the right soil and water this will never happen 🌞.

Similar for our children - there are our human needs and our human potential. As parents our role is to provide children the right conditions (and meet the 7 childhood needs) to enable them to grow into their full potential 🥰🥳🙃😃

No yoga mats for our KIN kids today! It was trangia stoves all the way as each child cooked up their own camp-food storm... the smells were delicious & very distracting 🤤

We learnt about planning ahead, taking failure as a positive & effective communication styles. All through camp cooking - who would've thought?!

But that's the magic of learning through Nature & the great outdoor classroom!
