Men of the Coast – Breathwork Tomorrow 🌬️

If you’ve been feeling stressed, stuck in your head, or just needing some space to reset – this could be for you.

We’re running a men’s-only breathwork session tomorrow with True North Men’s Circle and Shane Downing (Soul Support Holistic Wellness). No experience needed – just come as you are. You’ll be guided through simple breathing techniques that can help you let go of tension, feel grounded, and walk out lighter than when you walked in.

This isn’t about being “good” at it or knowing what to do – it’s just giving yourself a couple of hours to slow down and reconnect.

This is your reminder that our next Men’s Circle is happening this Sunday from 9am to 11am at Sensory Park, Canton Beach and yes, it’s still on even if it’s raining.

We’ve got a large undercover area, so you’ll be dry, comfortable, and surrounded by good blokes.

Instead of sitting inside with your own thoughts, come down and share them with a bunch of like-minded legends.

Talk if you want to, listen if you need to.

No pressure just a free space to be real, reset, and walk away feeling lighter than when you arrived.

Just letting you know the next True North Men’s Circle is happening this Sunday from 9am–11am at the Sensory Park, Canton Beach — and it’s rain, hail or shine.

This is a free space for men to come together, slow down, connect, and have some honest conversations about life — whether it’s relationships, fatherhood, stress, or just trying to find a bit more direction.

There’s no pressure to talk, and nothing you need to prepare — just show up and give yourself the 2 hours you probably give to everyone else but yourself.

It’s low-key, supportive, and open to any man who feels like they need a space to breathe.

This Sunday, June 1st — It’s Time to Show Up for YOU

The weather’s been miserable lately, but the skies are clearing just in time for something that matters — your growth and your healing.

There’s no better way to start a new month than by stepping into a space made just for men. A space where you can reconnect with yourself, be real, be heard, and be surrounded by other good men doing the same.

This is your reminder: You don’t have to do life alone.
