✨ From a chronic illness warrior to another. ✨

Hi and welcome. My name is Kyla and I suffer from Endometriosis and Interstitial Cystitis/Painful Bladder Syndrome.

I was diagnosed with Endo back in March 2015 after 2 surgeries and doctors telling me “I don’t know why you’re still in pain” “It’s all in your head” then moving to Townsville with my now husband and finding an amazing Gyno who decided to look a little further I was then diagnosed with IC back in July 2021.

I’ve struggled with working out what causes my flare ups regarding food and drinks so I decided to put my mind to it and I have designed a diary to track my intake of food and liquids as well as a pain scale.

My goal is to help suffers like myself live a better life and to keep pushing even when you’ve been told for the UMPTEENth time by doctors ‘It’s in your head’
