You can be eating all the “right” foods and still feel tired, bloated, stuck or constantly craving sugar because it’s not just about eating clean.

What's been happening in February for me..
- Clients sharing their success in their program (energy back, weight loss, glowing skin, great digestion..)
- Onboarding some new clients (so excited to begin working with them)
_ Reorganised my office. (kind of.. still have so much paperwork to go through, mainly uni notes)
- Attended the Townsville Active Expo and met so many wonderful people.
- Featured in the Townsville Bulletin (was so excited and grateful for this!)
- Tried the trend of turning my business into a cartoon. (because why not)
- Family wise, we attended a few birthday parties.. and obviously lots of rain too (those that are in the ville know what I'm talking about, kinda of getting over that).. I live off sunshine, function better with the sun.
