This is the point in January where motivation drops and people tell themselves, “I’ll start again later.”
Not because they don’t care but because the plan was built on restriction, pressure, and doing too much, too fast.

"I was completely addicted to sugar, and I knew it. Every day, the same promise: Tomorrow I'll stop."
