Work from home - Townsville Based.
Full-Time 8am -4pm Monday to Friday.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Support Officer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will work closely with management, support coordinators, and frontline staff to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is passionate about supporting people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and maintain staff rosters and client schedules.
-Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the management team.
-Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
-Liaise with clients, families, and staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
-Assist with quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Undertake other operational tasks as required to support the business.
What You’ll Bring:
-Proven experience in an operations, administrative, or similar role (NDIS or community services experience highly regarded).
-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
-Current Blue Card and Disability Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain).
-Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence – vehicle allowance provided in addition to salary.
-A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to quality service delivery.
