I once learnt the hard way that switching my phone to power saving mode during a cyclone cut off my 5g removing my internet access when my power was out and I had no WiFi.

Last week we had the absolute privilege of delivering our Christmas hampers to some very deserving recipients 🎁✨

Out of over 60 nominations, 10 individuals and families were chosen, and today we’re sharing just a small glimpse — photos of 5 of those recipients — whose stories truly touched our hearts.

These hampers were made possible through the generosity of our incredible team and management, who donated items with so much care and thought. It’s a reminder of what this season is really about: kindness, community, and showing up for one another.

To everyone who nominated someone, donated, or helped make this happen — thank you. And to our recipients, we hope this brings a little extra joy and ease this Christmas ❤️🎄

Last Friday our staff and clients got together for our annual Christmas celebration 🎄 it was so wonderful to catch up with everyone and we celebrated our wins and achievements for TEIA, our staff & of course our wonderful clients. We are so proud of our TEIA Community and can’t wait to see what we can all achieve in the new year 🌟
