Hello Townsville yoga friends 🧘‍♀️

Wonderful to see the rain 🌧️ arrive with the storms to ease the humidity & hydrate our gardens 🌿🌱

With Christmas holidays approching fast, I wished to provide an update for our Sunday garden classes throughout December 🍃

Erica and I will continue alternating Sunday afternoons (weather permitting).

Tomorrow’s class 30th November will be on if weather clears throughout the day tomorrow, but I will provide an update by 12noon to assess the ground if rainfall is heavy overnight.

As we near International Yoga Day this Saturday to raise awareness of the many benefits of practicing yoga, I wish to offer an optional extra to our Winter warming vinyasa this week 🫶🏻winding down with a restful 20minute Yoga Nidra practice🧘‍♂️

Yoga Nidra is an invitation to be guided through a relaxation meditation for deep rest to reduce stress & improve sleep quality at the end of your day ✨

2025 marks the 11th year for celebrating International Yoga Day with this years theme centred around, Yoga for One Earth 🌎 One Health ❤️

May we nourish ourselves to nurture each other in this wonderful world of polarities💫
