Yesterday we heard a plane overhead circling - unusual time then within a few minutes I thought oh it’s sprinkling .. it lasted 40-60 seconds.

Gaining weight eating well, working on fertility ! This client came to me with pathology that had apparently no red flags 🚩 ! Going over her pathology her antibodies for thyroid were in the 100s and I saw a lot of high and lows out of range in general. Her and her partner were preparing for IVF and wanted some back up. In the consult I could see she was trying her best to eat well, but in fact her gut health was poor - she was actually suffering malnutrition - but she was gaining weight (this is very common)! I explained how if we do not get all our nutrients and minerals the processes like thyroid hormone metabolism are affected - in this case 4 molecules of iodine T4 were not cleaving the molecule to be 3 iodine T3- the active thyroid hormone for metabolism, amongst other roles. You either lose or gain weight when your thyroid is out of balance.
Also gut health I felt quite sure that her villi junctions were not tight in the gut - this allows toxins and molecules like gluten to pass through and our immune system (immune matrix in gut ). Those circulating Tregs get overactive and we start seeing symptoms of autoimmunity- antibodies like this case. (This is very general explanation)
So some herbs to balance the immune system , some antioxidant nutraceuticals and much needed zinc selenium and vitamin D to cleave that iodine to 3 molecules and we soon start getting result !
