Here are some helpful tips for maintaining your spinal health this Spring ๐Ÿ™Œ
๐ŸŒฑGardening is just like exercise, make sure you do some gentle stretches before you get started.
๐ŸŒฟIf you are going to be lifting heavy objects, be sure to bend your knees, use a wheelbarrow if you have one handy.

Some interesting recent research once again links daily exercise to decreased disease risk.

The researchers found that engaging in as little as 35 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week, compared to zero minutes per week, was associated with a 41% lower risk of developing dementia


Those who achieved 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week had a 46% reduction in diabetes incidence,
