TUESDAY β Speed (Road)

Two session options:
β’ Racers β stay fresh and sharp for race day
β’ Non-racers β quality work above threshold + Running mechanics
THURSDAY β Trails

Focus: Flow
Relaxed, continuous trail running with short uphill efforts to maintain strength and rhythm without building fatigue.
SATURDAY β Squad (Ultimate & Racing coached athletes)
π 5:30am β Little Sunshine & Co
Focus: Individualised load & race preparation
Sessions are adapted to each athleteβs goals and upcoming races.
Racers stay fresh, while others continue to build with targeted work.
SUNDAY β Long Run
π Location, time & distance posted on FB
Focus: Aerobic endurance
Steady long runs to maintain endurance and support consistency across a busy racing month.
