Hungry Runner We offer coaching for running, trail running and triathlon, and organise weekly group runs.

Our experienced coaches provide motivational and evidence-based programs tailored to all levels of experience for anyone aspiring to achieve their running goal or just have fun. From entry level to ultra-endurance athletes, Hungry Runner’s commitment to the individual is second-to-none. Our philosophy on coaching is quality training combined with great support. The many layers of athlete development are often overlooked by generic online training programs, however Hungry Runner’s strict attention to detail and individual goals provide a premium service.

February builds on the work we started in January, shifting from general aerobic development into more specific threshold work, improved mechanics, and durability under fatigue πŸ’ͺ

Sustained work around threshold pace, combined with short faster efforts to improve economy and fatigue resistance.

THURSDAY – Trails

That was our top session for the month, with a challenging hilly workout. 12 reps of a 300m long steep climb with a jogged rest. Great job team, you kept morale high despite the tough session! Next week is the last session of our aerobic power block and it will be a bit lighter!
