Focus: Strength, rhythm & terrain efficiency
Trail sessions become more continuous again, with rolling efforts, short climbs, and flowing running to build strength and movement quality.
SATURDAY β Squad (Ultimate & Racing coached athletes)

Focus: Long-run intensity & durability
More quality work near threshold to build fatigue resistance and race-pace strength.
SUNDAY β Long Run
π Location, time & distance posted on FB
Focus: Aerobic endurance & consistency
Steady long runs to maintain volume and support the higher-intensity work earlier in the week.
