• 𝗠𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦 •

While this is an incredibly vulnerable subject, this is also a huge achievement that could potentially help someone else in a similar situation. So I am excited to share!!

All my life I have struggled with my weight. After trying every single diet, numerous bootcamps, many gym attempts, and even prescription medication, nothing would stick.

There were times that I physically staved myself, just to see the scales drop even 1kg. It honestly felt like a never-ending rollercoaster with some success, followed by even more weight gain.

For those who know me, I am a genuinely bubbly and positive person, however this was my struggle that I effectively wore for the world to see every single day.

During a doctors visit late last year with a new practitioner, I briefly mentioned my concerns for my weight, plus the potential health issues that may arise in the future if I didn’t make a change. The doctor simply said “It’s a hormone imbalance”. In her eyes it was obvious, however, this was the first time I had ever been told that.

It was truly a revelation that removed self doubt and built-up guilt from failing, oh so many times.

After research, I have found an incredible range of products that have now balanced my troubled hormones. With a now positive outlook towards food, it helped me lose 10kg within 2months. This is something I never thought I would be able to achieve.

I still have a long way to go, but I am so excited to continue this journey and see all of the amazing benefits it has for my health.
