Remember how excited you were when you set that goal, got your plan into place and then started out strong?

Then life got in the way and you lost track of the plan.

Why was that goal important to you? How will you feel when you achieve it? And how badly do you want it?

Life throws us curve balls and sometimes it feels like every fu***ng day it's throwing us curve balls. Remind yourself what is important to you. And stop doing the unimportant things. Do what is best for you and your life, not anyone elses.

Finally got to do the goat track this morning up Castle Hill. Absolutely loved it 😍🖤 Such a beautiful place and the view make the climb definitely worth it.

I still love the big ships that come in, no matter how many times I see them, they just amaze me 😍
