Big life (and clinic) update 🤍
We got the keys to our new clinic at the end of last year… and what followed was months of renovations, late nights, problem-solving, and a lot of “this will look good, trust me” moments.
We officially moved in mid-January, and since then it’s been a slow burn of finishing touches. As of now… we are basically DONE.
Two picture frames left to hang and she’s complete.
This space has been a huge labour of love, and there is no way it happens without the people around me. Massive thank you to my mum, dad, my brother Oscar, and everyone else who has helped bring this place to life.
On the team side of things, we’ve grown - a lot.
To the team - you’re the reason we’re able to do what we do, and do it well.
Outside of the clinic, life hasn’t exactly been quiet either. I got engaged (still feels wild to say that), and we’re now navigating wedding planning… which is exciting, slightly chaotic, and a whole new skill set in itself.
I also accidentally fell in love with bouldering earlier this year while in Bali. It’s been equal parts fun and humbling. My body doesn’t exactly agree with it, so I’ve been reworking my own training to support it — which has been a really interesting challenge professionally and personally. Learning new movement patterns, adapting, and figuring out how to make it work with the body I’ve got.
Still juggling clinical work, running a business, training, injuries, and everything in between — but wouldn’t have it any other way.
It’s been a big season. Grateful for all of it.
Onwards 🤍
