🚀 Meet Mitch! Our Newest Physio at Momentum Physio & Rehab Group 👋🏼

We’re excited to welcome Mitch Youngman to the Momentum family! 🎉 A local, originally from Drouin, Mitch knows the Gippsland community well and has been working closely with local sporting clubs to keep athletes performing at their best.

Mitch is passionate about helping people stay active and pain-free, combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehab to get the best outcomes. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find him hitting the gym, watching footy or cricket, playing guitar, or even testing his poker skills at a local game. 🏋🏼‍♂️🎸♠️

Make sure to say hi and welcome Mitch to the Momentum family next time you're in the clinic—he’s looking forward to meeting you! 👏🏼

With the decreasing need to carry physical cards and wallets, there are a lot of clients that are forgetting to bring their private health insurance cards with them to their consults.

Luckily, there are now a number of insurers that allow you to have your health insurance card on your phone!

So instead of carrying your physical card with you, you can now claim on the spot by simply tapping your phone/watch on our HICAPs machine.

And don't worry, some insurers may not be compatible with your digital wallet yet but most give you access to your card in their app!

The symptoms of wrist pain can vary depending on the underlying cause, but they often include pain, swelling, and stiffness in the wrist joint. 🫳💥

If you experience these symptoms, it is important to see a physio to determine the cause of your pain. We will conduct a physical exam that will include assessment of your range of motion, strength/endurance and coordination. We may order imaging such as X-rays or an MRI, to assist in the diagnosis of the problem.
