Meet the Team – Finn Nicholas (Key Accounts Manager)
If you’ve worked with ProviCo Rural, chances are you’ve come across Finn.
As our Key Accounts Manager, Finn has been part of the team since 2019, building strong relationships with customers and developing a reputation for getting things done on farm.
Finn has a real knack for mixing systems and understanding how everything needs to work together. More importantly, he knows how to turn that knowledge into practical solutions, helping farmers overcome challenges, improve efficiency, and keep operations running smoothly.
Being the nephew of our founder, Finn is part of the next generation of ProviCo Rural. He brings a fresh perspective while staying grounded in the values the business was built on, hard work, reliability, and supporting farmers with solutions that actually work.
No matter the situation, Finn is always ready to roll up his sleeves and help find a way forward.

Meet Andrew Paterson, Director of ProviCo Rural, a passionate farmer, dedicated businessman, and someone who truly understands the realities of livestock production.

Andrew lives and breathes the industry, where on his property in Gippsland, he rears over 1,000 dairy–Angus cross calves each year, using ProfeLAC Nutritional Milk Powders. Like our customers, Andrew relies on consistent quality nutrition, strong growth rates, and practical feeding solutions to deliver real on-farm results.

In 1999, Andrew founded ProviCo Rural with big dreams, to provide Australian producers with high-quality, performance-driven nutritional solutions backed by genuine industry knowledge. More than two decades later, that vision continues to shape everything we do.

ProviCo Rural remains proudly family-oriented, with Andrew’s son, daughter and nephew all playing important roles within the business. It’s a reflection of the values Andrew built the company on, hard work, integrity, and long-term commitment to supporting Australian farmers.
