Now we’re looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to join us.

The Role

This isn’t a clock-in, clock-out kind of job.
You’ll be supporting people in ways that matter, from personal care to community connection, from daily living to life-changing breakthroughs.

Expect variety. Expect impact. Expect to go home each shift knowing you’ve made a real difference.

Shifts run 24/7 - including weekends, sleepovers, and overnights. If you’re up for it, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
• Support with daily living: showering, dressing, meds, meals
• Follow and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans
• Help participants connect with friends, with community, with life
• Encourage independence and skill-building
• Join in activities that spark joy and confidence
• Keep accurate records and meet compliance (because care without accountability isn’t care)

What You Bring

We’re not looking for perfect. We’re looking for real.
• A kind heart, a steady hand, and a reliable presence
• Availability across weekends and overnights
• Passion for inclusion and person-centred care
• The ability to work solo or in a team, with honesty and heart
• Communication skills that connect - not just talk

What’s Essential
• First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s Licence + reliable car
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check (last 6 months)
• Comprehensive car insurance
• 24/7 availability

Bonus points if you’ve got:
• Experience with complex behaviours
• Confidence reading and applying Behaviour Support Plans
