To make payments easier and more efficient, Greenway Medical Centre will start using HotDoc Payments for all consultations - both telehealth and face to face consults - from 31st March 2025. After your appointment, you’ll receive a secure payment request via HotDoc, or if you have put in your credit card details before the consult, you will be billed automatically, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.

We want to reassure you that your credit card details are completely safe. HotDoc payments uses industry-standard encryption, and our clinic does not have access to your payment information. Your privacy and security remain our top priority.

Bulk billing will still apply for children, concession card holders, and pensioners between 9 AM and 3.50 PM on weekdays.

We are dedicated to helping you live your healthiest life and offer bulk-billed consults to all patients aged 15 and below, as well as all patients with a health care, concession or pension card.

Our range of personalised care services includes Health Care Plans (HCPs), GP Management Plans (GPMPs), and Team Care Arrangements (TCAs), tailored to support patients with chronic or complex health conditions. These services are bulk billed, meaning there are no out-of-pocket expenses for eligible patients.

A GP Management Plan is a roadmap for managing your chronic condition, created in partnership with your GP. If you need allied health services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, or dietary advice, a Team Care Arrangement ensures collaboration between your GP and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless, coordinated care.

For those aged 40 and above—or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients aged 30 and above—we offer Cardiac Health Checks and Diabetic Health Checks. These assessments help identify risk factors early, empowering you to make lifestyle changes that can prevent serious complications.

If you’re aged 75 or older, our comprehensive Over 75 Health Checks focus on maintaining your independence, safety, and quality of life. These assessments cover physical, mental, and social health, ensuring you receive the care and support you need as you.

By engaging in these proactive health initiatives, you not only gain a clearer picture of your current health but also receive access to Medicare-subsidised services that can help you achieve your health goals.
