High frequency energies have been filtering into EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING! These energies are forcing out extremely dense planetary energies, Collective 3D energies can at times make the ascending feel ungrounded, jittery, triggered and feeling out of vibrational alignment.

Navigating inner and outer polarity / duality can be challenging amidst the increasing world chaos. Maintaining inner peace amidst external turbulence is important. Focusing on healing inner wounds rather than mirroring external trauma is key. Choosing levels of engagement in external realities .

We’ve been through a lot energetically lately.

The recent supermoon has just passed, yet the waves of intense solar activity continue to roll in. We are reaching G4-level storms today, the strongest we have felt in quite some time. Alongside that, the Schumann Resonance has been high for days, pulsing like the Earth’s heartbeat through our shared energetic field.

I’ve noticed some major breakthroughs lately, as if the things I have been manifesting are finally finding their way into form. I am so grateful for that. It feels like a time of powerful upgrades, a collective shift that is helping us align more deeply with our higher selves. Our frequency is rising, preparing us for the new Earth that so many of us can already feel in our hearts.

Yet while the spirit expands, the body often struggles to keep up. These continual pulses of energy can be overwhelming, and integration takes time. If you have been feeling exhausted, foggy, emotional, or simply not yourself, please know you are not alone. Our bodies are learning to hold more light than ever before.

So remember to stay grounded.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat nourishing foods. This is not the time to push yourself or restrict what your body needs. Rest when you can. Take naps if you need them. Meditate often and return to your breath.
