The ascending may have noticed in the past 3-4 days that the physical body is purging extreme and embedded fatigue, possibly needing to rest more than usual. The system craves quality sleep and self-care during these intense energetic times .

The dark night of the soul this is a journey into light, a journey from inner darkness into the strength and hidden resources of the Soul. During the dark night of the soul experiences individuals go through is a profound time of inner crisis, spiritual desolation, and existential questioning.

With the high frequency coming in from our spiritual sun Sirius, here are a few of the symptoms you can feel right now: feeling hot inside the body, like burning up and hot skin, digestive issues with cramps, sore throat, ear ringing, pressure in the sinuses and jaw, sweating and being cold/freezing in a matter of minutes, sore eyes, itchy skin, not being able to stand bright light, sleepy during the day, etc.
